In the fast-paced world we live and work in, we need solutions now. In-house development teams feel pressure to keep up with the latest trends and figure out ways to set their institution apart. How do you evaluate a project to decide if it will be developed in-house or outsourced, especially if you have a capable staff? Is your environment a proper place for research and development?
