Thanks for those who attended...
Really. This was my first time talking about Arduino to people who weren't required to listen to me (aka students) and I loved hearing your questions/responses to the idea of introducing more microcontrollers in to museum & networked environments. There were so many things I didn't cover, but I hope some of you are interested enough to check out some resources and the large & growing community of users/developers. Thanks to Koven's invitation, I've submitted a proposal to do a half day workshop/group build session at the MCN conference in Atlanta, and if that works out I'll be teaming up with Michael Wilson & Chris Weisbart of LA County Natural History Museum, two amazing builders who inspired me to propose this at M&W in the first place. I'd love to get any comments & feedback before I try this again! Thanks, Miriam (@arduinogirl)
