Project Management Software
Hi, all.
What do you use (that you can recommend) for project management for Web projects, both large and small, as well as tracking routine Web maintenance requests? We would need something Web-based and something that can be used by all members of our Web team, as well as internal clients in other departments.
Many thanks!
Maggie

I agree with Tom - BaseCamp is probably the easiest to use of the simpler web-based project management tools. I'm not sure there is anything web-based that I like for more complex projects with multiple dependencies, though.
We are gradually moving to tracking web changes and other discrete changes to a commercial tool called FogBugz, http://www.fogcreek.com/FogBugz/, which seems to do an excellent job of helping us ensure that changes are made and vetted by the requester. I find it easy to track who is working on what, what has slipped between the cracks, and how different items were resolved.
Thank you all! FogBug definitely has some of the functionality we are looking for. I should have mentioned that we (at MoMA) did look at BaseCamp and it's fine for some things but has it's limitations. What we want may just not be available in Web form. All are good suggestions and all have some good points. I will, however, look these suggestions over more closely. Thanks so much for your time! Maggie
