Hotel Reservation Deadline Extended!

Don't miss your chance to get the MW2011 rate at the Loews Philadelphia hotel. Make your Hotel Reservations by March 15th March 21st.

We strongly recommend that you stay at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel where all the sessions will be held. After all, the experience of the conference is most intense when you can share it with your colleagues in the bar at night and the coffee shop in the morning.  In addition, the conference obtains its space from the hotel for free when enough delegates stay there.

If we don't get enough 'room nights' to support this arrangement, the charges for future MW conference could rise to support space which, as you can imagine, is a potentially big budget item.

We prefer to pay the hotel to improve the conference catering. This year we've included a lunch, hot breakfast for the BOW's, and dessert at the exhibitor reception from savings of last year's meeting :-)

You can register at the hotel by whatever means you find is the cheapest and easiest for you (bundled in your airfare, at a government rate, or through a discounter) or you can use our registration form at http://www.loewshotels.com/en/Philadelphia-Hotel/GroupPages/ami411 . However you do it, we ultimately get the credit to offset the rental of meeting space. Thanks!
