Museums and the Web 2011 will take place April 6-9, 2011 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

While the deadline for most proposals was September 30, there is still an opportunity to propose a Demonstration of your work (see the online form), or to feature your commercial products and services in the Exhibit Hall (see the Exhibitor Information Package - PDF).

Deadlines

  • Demonstration Proposals are due December 31, 2010
  • Written paper optional; papers must be submitted according to the Guidelines, by January 31, 2011.

Make a Proposal

  • Submit your proposal using our on-line form.
You must be logged in to make a proposal. Accounts are required for all your co-presenters; you can add them if necessary. Your proposal will be linked to your profile for further reference.

Session Formats

There are many different formats for presentations at MW. See the description of session formats for further details. Proposals are still being accepted for:

  • Demonstrations
Recent implementations are often best shown in this intimate, face-to-face, format which ensure almost all delegates will see you.
  • Exhibit Hall
Commercial products and services are featured in the Exhibit Hall. See the Exhibitor Information Package (PDF).
  • Exhibitor Briefing
Exhibitors of commercial products and services are offered the opportunity to give briefings on recent projects, along with exhibiting products.
  • Performances? Interactions? Services?
Propose any other format of participation + explain how it works. We're open to new ideas.

Meeting Registration

All program participants are expected to register for the full MW2011 conference and pay the appropriate fees. See the Registration page for details.
