Job: Web Metrics Manager: Library of Congress

"The Web Metrics Manager serves as a Senior IT Specialist and Technical Analyst and is the focal point for web analytics, performance management, user satisfaction assessments, and usability metrics for the Library's Web projects and programs. The incumbent provides a variety of collaborative web performance management services related to these responsibilities that are integral to insuring performance integrity. Responsibilities include planning, implementation of new technologies, and contracting for technical assistance, as appropriate. Based on analytical findings, the web analytics manager develops recommendations and strategies for improving loc.gov and other Library controlled web sites. 

This position is located in the Digital Resources Management and Planning (DRMP) directorate of the Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI).

Salary range: $105,211.00 - $136,771.00 /year
