| Abstract | ? Abstract (Paper in French) ?: twelfth letter of the Greek alphabet used to note the prefix micro Mue (in French): mutation, change of voice, change of skin Mü (in Hungarian): synthetic, artificial art work Mu (in Japanese): infinity Mu (in Chinese): tree MU herbarium propose the intuitive discovery of a "sensory microscope" a sort of tactile laboratory constituted by one hundred of mobile and sound organic virtual inhabitants : "the trees of fireflies, the vegetable clocks, the animal plants ". This work of research, based on the transformation of an half-vegetable, half-animal universe stages imaginary forms close to be alive. It is a question of creating an experimental perception based on the composition of an “ archipelago of sens ”, a sort of sound and interactive score constituted by micro moments, which could be at any time reinterpreted. Based on imaginary laws of nature, the inhabitants constituted by "body nodes" and by "arms branches", could be simply watched or transformed by the visitors with an alphabet of modular forms. This work of art propose to the spectator to live a creative experience, he is invited to become if he wishes it the actor of his own hand theater. |
