Archives center and museum University of Surabaya was founded in 2002 based on the president's decision number 282/2002. Its main task is to manage the various documentation files universities and museums. The first objective is to support the development (establishment) cultural conservation and historic value of the University of Surabaya, secondly, to serve the needs archive access documentation relating to the interests of the university. Center for University archives and museum is located at Jalan Surabaya Ngagel Jaya Selatan No. 169 surabaya.
