It has several integrated modules for managing users, technicians, cataloging, opac, etc. The version I've worked with was a bit slow when dealing with thousands of records and the GUI was poor. I wouldn't recommend it, I believe there are better solutions. In 2008/9 I've worked for a year with Millennium software at University of Coimbra Libraries - it has museum and archival modules also. All I can say is that it was a good experience, easy to use, fast, with a fair user interface. I've tried other national software here in Portugal, but I don't know if it is available in other languages (Sistemas do Futuro, MatrizNet).

Hope this was useful.

Bruno
Wed, 11 Aug 2010 10:25:02 +0000 bruno comment 3364 at http://www.museumsandtheweb.com
