For example, I have been working out the abstract and outline for a proposed paper on instigating organizational change -- and its implications for Web initiatives -- along with Fiona at the aviation museum. One thing that is clear is we have so much great material to work with, given our recent initiatives in developing strategy and fostering cultural change within our institution, that we could tune our presentation and lessons learned, depending on how community interests develop.

Potential?
Fri, 29 Sep 2006 23:14:46 +0000 brian_dawson comment 49 at http://www.museumsandtheweb.com thanks for submitting a proposal http://www.museumsandtheweb.com/forum/mw2007_program_requests#comment-48
Thanks for getting the ball rolling. Can you insert it as a professional forum, the key idea being a qualified branding of rich cultural content. Or do I need to fill in the form? I'm not sure how you see and react to the .museum experience, however I believe there is a major problem with quality content being submerged in the billions of pages of all other forms of content. Can MW2007 be a forum for getting such an idea off the ground? In this case who would be willing to help us co-found a movement?

Andy McDonald

Marketing Manager - Cultural Products on the Web

Be-Group, Pau Cité Multimédia, France (www.be-portal.com)
Thu, 28 Sep 2006 15:50:56 +0000 amcdonald comment 45 at http://www.museumsandtheweb.com
